Cancellation, Refund And Returns עברית
We certainly hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in case that for some reason you are dissatisfied, hereby is our cancellation, return and refund policy:
Order Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Fee)
When requesting to cancel an order:
Up to 7 days from your ordering date – no cancellation fee will be charged.
After 7 days from your ordering date – you will be charged 15% from the total price of your order.
After the items have arrived at the store and are ready for delivery – you will be charged 25% from the total price of your order.
eBooks Refund And Returns Policy
We are not able to accept returns for eBooks purchase. This is a condition of our agreement with eBook publishers. If there is an error on our part, or a flaw in the ebook you received, please contact us and advise them. They'll sort it out.
Printed Books Refund And Returns Policy
When you have purchased a book from our in-stock collection, within 5 days from delivery you may return the item. You can replace the item or receive a full refund (for details, please see below).
When you have purchased an item that was ordered especially for you, within 5 days from delivery you may return the item. You can replace the item or receive a refund, but we will deduct the international delivery costs from the refunded sum (unless the return is a result of our own error, in which case we will refund the entire sum).
To receive a refund or replacement, please return the item unopened, in its original product packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and resalable.
Probook reserves the right to refuse refund / replacement under special or unusual circumstances (for example, the item has been damaged/is not in its original packaging, or it was ordered from a non-commercial publisher, in which case it may not be returned).

How is the Refund Issued?
To receive a refund/replacement, please contact our customer service with the following details:
* Your order or invoice number.
* The item's number (ISBN) or title.
* The reason for the return.
* Whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
